On Thursday the 10th of August 2017, B11, B9 and I went on a trip to a Science Roadshow that was held at Rosehill Intermediate in Papakura. We left Finlayson Park School at 11:00 after morning tea. We all had to meet up by B7 and B9 befor we all walked to the gate where the bus was waiting for us.
We went driving and driving past Takanini on the motorway to the school in Papakura. When we arrived we said ‘bye and thank you’ to the bus driver. Remember we all have to use our manners in school and outside of school, well actually everywhere.
Back to the Science show. We lined up and sat down, but a while later we had to go outside and make way for the others who are in their session that was in the school hall.

In our days now we have flasher microscope. Those microscopes help the scientist to see the objects closer.
Our second show was called ‘chemical and physical changes’.That session was about if we could reverse something that is mixed in with something else. Just like putting salt in water, can you reverse that? Yes you can, just leave your bowl outside and let the sun evaporate the water to the clouds and then the next day you will be left with salt at the bottom of your bowl or cup.
On our way back I had a nap and we all went to class to write a recount about the trip we just went on and on, then finally we all went home when the bell rang. I went home to have a big rest.
