Healthy Eating by Katerine

Healthy eating
Vegetables: Have 5 servings a day,
vegetables are very healthy for you they will also make you grow!


Fruits: Have 4 servings a day,
fruits are very tasty and it will make you very fit and wise.


Protein: Have 2-3 servings a day,
proteins will help your hair grow long and give you some muscles so you will be strong.


Grains: Have 5-6 servings a day
Grains, B vitamins is a grain that helps your body  release energy from protein and fat.


Dairy: Have 2-3 servings a day,
Dairy products are very good for you because, they are a good source of energy and protein.

Make sure you have the right serving a day and stay healthy!
