Healthy Eating!
What is healthy eating?
Healthy eating is a plate full of delicious servings of vegetables which will help you grow taller and taller and you must have 5 servings a day.

 Fruits make you healthy and some of them even clean your teeth and you have to eat 4 servings of fruits a day.


A whole grain is a grain of any cereal and you need to eat 5-6 servings a day. 

Protein will help consist of one or more long chains and have 2-3 servings a day. 

Milk and dairy products are an important part of a young child's diet and you must have 2-3 servings a day.


On my plate I don't usually have the correct amount of servings but from today and onwards I must start telling my mum that we have to, eat the correct servings.

 Eating junk all the time will make you get rotten teeth or even make you have smelly breath, so I encourage you to eat healthy.
